- Designing and proceeding the Detailed Development Plans (DDP) as well as amendments of DDP;
- Supporting the Client with drafting a request about the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) necessity and support the Client with drafting and proceeding the EIA if EIA is required;
- Conceptual and Detail Design drafting;
- Conformity Assessment of the Design with the requirements of Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products;
- Construction supervision as per applicable legislation;
- Engineer as per FIDIC Contract requirements;
- Lender’s Engineer;
- Engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM);
- Project Management (EPCM, PMC+C);
- QA/QC services;
- Health and Safety services on the construction site.
